Fence Installation Service Agreement

Contractor shall proceed with the work diligently but is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material unavailability, Change Orders (Section 6), Client-caused delays, unforeseen site conditions (Section 9), or other events beyond Contractor's reasonable control.
